Race Policies

Please read our policies and procedures prior to signing up, and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We do not allow refunds, deferrals, or bib transfers to friends for any TMR race.
If an unforeseen circumstance pops up and you must drop out, please contact us by April 1st.

If you would like to upgrade or downgrade your distance, please contact us. If you switch to a shorter distance, no refunds will be provided to your original payment. If switching to a longer distance, runners must pay the difference in price, which our team will provide you with a unique code to register.
Distance changes must be requested by July 8th, 2024.
If participant caps are reached in the race you’re looking to switch to, there will be no changes allowed as we have reached capacity.
